Exceptional honest service

Great service, made my appointment online which was super easy. Great customer service and an absolutely fair price for maintenance inspection, oil change, and wheel alignment. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly.

Did a great job and did it quickly! Only downside was we purchased a CarMax warranty and the warranty was presented by Carmax as covering everything except the deductible I don’t think they take into account Bay Area pricing so we ended up spending a lot more than we were told, we would through the plan but we also understand that in the Bay Area costs for operating are higher, so obviously shops have to charge more but we’re not prepared for how expensive it would be when using a warranty plan. This was the first shop listed on the repair PAUL website to use with our warranty and it seems odd. They listed somewhere that has pricing higher than the plan coverages, but that may just be that we encounter that at every shop in the bay area we don’t know yet. Overall great experience great customer service great repair but if you have a car warranty, be prepared to spend at minimum triple your deductible.

I’ve been bringing my cars domestic and foreign to Autotrend for over 20 yrs simply because they do honest, reliable and professional work. I have never had to been bring back a vehicle to redo a repair. They will do a complete check of your car to ensure items are in good working order. Should something be found they will provide recommendations/quotes as to what might need more immediate attention and what can wait. There is no high pressure to do any additional repairs. Obviously, they are doing something right to have been in business for so many years.
