Good honest serviice

I was having an issue with my 350z that I could not figure out. I spent so many hours trying before I took it here. Dropped it off in the morning and just a few hours later they had it diagnosed. They even went above and beyond and checked the rest of the car and told me about other issues that would start popping up. Very glad I went here, and would recommend it to friends.

There are thousands of auto repair shops and a hundred of dealers in Bay Area. For basic service, every one may be able to do its job however if you get stuck with a very difficult and challenging issue you run into a dead trap because no one can correctly diagnose it and you keep paying hefty fees to one after another for them to test their wild guess. That is what I experienced. I have an Infiniti suv, which had a code P2096 for more than 6 months, and was sent to Infiniti dealer twice and then sent to two other auto shops, but none of them could root out the cause of the trouble. For its repair I had replaced almost every related part, like B1S1,MAF sensor, throttle body, intake manifold, fuel pump etc and even ECM, with no avail. I even posted a message in national Infiniti tech forum in hope to get some advice by exposing the issue to all US Infiniti techs, which however received only one irrelevant reply, obviously challenging to everyone. Finally, I called Autotrend Diagnostics just because of the word "Diagnositics" in its business name. To be honest, when sending the car to the shop in the morning I did not have much hope in it thinking this might be another paid useless trial. But to my surprise, its service manager, Jose, called me that they successfully diagnosed the issue. This business worked magic. Jose is really knowledgeable, a lot more knowledgeable than those at dealers and other shops. Its technicians are also top-notch professional and experienced. They tested road drive with advanced equipment and quickly narrow down the cause of issue. Thank God, they cured my long-suffered headache. This business is really one of the best trustworthy auto repair shop in South Bay area. For those customers who are blindly looking for a good auto shops, dont waste your time and money. Send your car here. You will not regret. For those who don’t have hard DTC at this moment, I would advise that you note down its business name for future reference in case of running similar situation as mine.

As usual, Autotrend solved my problem and had me back on the road promptly as promised. Dave, Kevin and Jose combine friendly and professional in a way that is rare these days.
