When a car comes back and it's still a little rough because of some strange issue, he does lots of research in his network of resources and took care of it NO CHARGE, he had to figure it out. He doesn't give you BS; he goes to extreme lengths on his own time; always clean and neat, friendly, always nice to you, he carries the phone around while he's working on the cars, he answers politely and professionally, he is the best mechanic in the Valley, he keeps it personal and remembers about you, he's excellent about customer service, he knows his stuff, or else he knows how to find out about it, he handles one customer at a time, I see lots of people come back over and over again, he refers me to good people, he's classy."
